A 1959 Chevy trunk lid was the perfect object to turn into a portfolio case for an advertising firm. This piece was a commissioned; the task: to conceal multiple 18” x 20” presentation boards, a promotional package with a CD, business cards, and two VHS tapes in a secret agent style packaging.The door handles are for carrying the case and the buttons in the handles pushed simultaneously, release the spring-loaded trunk lid. LED lights, an illuminated logo and secret compartments compliment the piece. The sides are thermal formed polystyrene and all the body and trim are real down to the upholstery interior.
